Refund policy

At Construction Cartel, we stand behind our gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

 

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with any tags attached.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at constructioncartel3@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you instructions.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest way is to start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you want.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item, in which case we'll cover it.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at constructioncartel3@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
